Terms and Conditions – 8k87 Online Gaming Platform Philippines

1. Introduction

Welcome to 8k87 — an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for players in the Philippines. By creating an account, accessing the 8k87 website at 8k87.best, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Please read these Terms carefully before you register. They set out the rules that apply to your use of 8k87, including how your account works, how deposits and withdrawals are processed, what bonuses are available and how they function, and what conduct is acceptable on the platform.

If there is anything in these Terms you don't understand, you're welcome to reach out to the 8k87 support team at support@8k87.best before you proceed. We'd rather answer your questions upfront than have misunderstandings later.

2. Eligibility

To use 8k87, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 8k87 does not permit minors to register, play, or wager under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is lawful.
• You must not be registered on any national or self-exclusion list that restricts your ability to access gambling services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. 8k87 accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

8k87 reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of the above at any time. If you cannot or do not provide satisfactory verification, 8k87 may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending transactions pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on 8k87. Duplicate accounts — including accounts held under a different name or email address — are prohibited. If 8k87 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person, all accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
• Keep your account details — including your email address, phone number, and payment method details — up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any other person.
• Notify 8k87 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

8k87 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a suspected security breach to 8k87 support.

Account verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation as part of this process. This is standard practice for licensed gaming platforms and exists to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 8k87 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following payment methods are supported:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment channel — check the cashier section for current limits. 8k87 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been previously used to fund your account, or to methods registered under your verified account name. This measure exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. 8k87 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours during regular business days. During periods of high volume or if additional verification is required, processing may take longer. 8k87 will communicate any delays to affected players promptly.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8k87 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be stated clearly in the promotion announcement.

General bonus rules that apply across all 8k87 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one eligible account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• 8k87 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus that has been awarded if there is reason to believe the terms have been abused or circumvented.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real money wagers placed on eligible games. Not all game types contribute equally — details are specified per promotion.

If you do not wish to be subject to bonus terms, you may contact 8k87 support to opt out of a bonus before you begin wagering. Once wagering has commenced using bonus funds, the terms apply in full.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 8k87 — including Tongits, Color Game, card games, JILI Slots, and live casino titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. These Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, those individual rules.

8k87 uses games from certified third-party providers that use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). The outcomes of all games are statistically random and cannot be influenced by any party, including 8k87 staff.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, 8k87 will attempt to restore the game state where technically possible. If the game cannot be restored, any wagers placed during the affected session will be refunded to your account balance. 8k87's determination in such cases is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, account tier, or promotional period. These limits are displayed within the game lobby.

7. Sports Betting

8k87 offers sports betting markets on a range of events including PBA basketball, NBA, FIBA, and other international sporting competitions. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where 8k87 explicitly offers a cash-out facility.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 8k87:

• Bets on postponed events will be voided if the event does not take place within a specified rescheduling window (typically 48 hours unless stated otherwise).
• In-play bets are accepted at 8k87's sole discretion and may be suspended at any time. Bets accepted in error due to obvious technical faults may be voided.
• 8k87 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of irregular or suspicious betting activity, match manipulation, or odds errors.
• Settlement of all bets is based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. 8k87 may use provisional results but will settle finally based on official confirmation.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. These are available in the sportsbook section of the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

8k87 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for some people, gambling can become a problem, and we take our role in preventing and addressing problem gambling seriously.

The following tools are available to all 8k87 players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can fund your account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 8k87. This can be requested by contacting support and cannot be reversed.

For more information about responsible gaming resources available in the Philippines, visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page. If you are concerned about your gambling habits or those of someone close to you, please seek help promptly.

8k87 does not market to vulnerable individuals and will not contact players who have self-excluded with promotional communications.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8k87. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using another person's account or payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the 8k87 platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 8k87 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Placing bets on events where you hold insider knowledge that gives you an unfair informational advantage.
• Abusing bonus offers, including coordinated bonus abuse across multiple related accounts.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8k87 staff or other players.

8k87 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the Philippines and internationally when required. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Privacy

12. Limitation of Liability

8k87 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 8k87's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8k87 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from service interruptions.
• Technical failures outside of 8k87's direct control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or device issues.
• Decisions or outcomes in games that result from normal statistical variance (i.e., losing streaks are part of gambling and are not grounds for compensation).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8k87's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

8k87 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, 8k87 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of 8k87 after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

We recommend checking these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version is always available at 8k87.best/terms-conditions.
